Komen in the Community: Grants

Each year, the Komen Philadelphia Affiliate proudly distributes approximately $2.2 million in grants to 25-45 organizations in our fifteen-county service area to support breast cancer outreach programs. Our grantees are hard at work every day in our neighborhoods building bridges to all women - especially low-income, under-insured and uninsured populations - and connecting them with the resources that enrich and save lives. Representing some of the finest healthcare, community and family service organizations in our area, Komen Philadelphia Affiliate grantees are educate entire communities, replace helplessness with hope, and empower all generations and cultures to live in a world with breast cancer without living in fear... regardless of race, financial status, education or background.
